Inspired by the ocean and the trails that lead me there.
Hi there, I’m Jenna. I am a Bay Area native and honored to call beautiful west Sonoma County my home. I joined the Navy right out of high school as a Mass Communication Specialist and spent five years specializing in military photojournalism and graphic design. Over two deployments, I devoted myself to documenting stories that connected people across the world. I learned to slow down time and capture the moments - good, bad, and ugly - that often go unnoticed during times of chaos.
Now, I am shifting my focus toward outdoor sports and environmental photography to merge my love for running, climbing, and discovery with my eye for storytelling. Photography keeps me grounded - it challenges me to anticipate the right moment, appreciate the present, and preserve the details that others might overlook. Whether it’s the determination in an athlete’s eye, the quiet beauty of a remote landscape, or the raw energy of an event, my goal is to capture the essence of each scene in a way that feels both authentic and immersive.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope my work inspires you to see the world a little differently.
